Fraud Alert: Notice on Fraudulent Product Sales

What is Advance Fee Fraud? 

Advance fee fraud is a deceptive scheme where victims are required to pay money upfront for products or services that are never delivered. This type of fraud often operates through fake websites, fraudulent emails impersonating the company, and counterfeit social media profiles. Typically, fraudsters request a “deposit” to complete the transaction, but the victim ultimately receives nothing.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 1: At Farnaka we would never request for any advance payment, all payments are done through official banking swift channels via 100% Documentary Letter of Credits, with bank accounts in our company's name; subsequently we will not make any advance payment to any company.

We have become aware of individuals and companies offering our products or similar products to ours, at significantly discounted prices. These persons are not employees of Farnaka, nor are they authorized to conduct any business on our behalf nor have any affiliation with us. To make their schemes appear legitimate, they may use any means such as, using logos and business address on counterfeit contracts, create email accounts that mimic official communication, and even provide fake identification documents like passports.

How to Protect Yourself from Advance Fee Fraud

When encountering websites or social media posts advertising discounted commodities, exercise extreme caution. Fraudsters may request a small percentage of the order total to be sent via wire transfer. Please note that once the money is sent, it is usually unrecoverable.
